“Marbella is not adopting the longevity movement. The longevity movement is finally arriving where the climate, the diet, and the rhythm of life have always been the protocol.”

Thirteen topics & workshops that decide how well you age.

Over three days we work through what actually moves healthspan, from what is on the table and how you sleep to the diagnostics now reaching clinics and the economics of an ageing coastline. Each session is built to be useful whether you run a clinic, a company or a household.

Nutrition

i.

Lifestyle

Nutrition

Olive oil, fish, legumes, plants: the eating patterns most associated with long healthspan, translated for the modern table.

The Fasting Miracle

ii.

Protocol

The Fasting Miracle

Reset your biology. Time-restricted eating, prolonged fasting and the clinical evidence behind metabolic renewal.

Movement & Terrain

iii.

Practice

Movement & Terrain

Sierra Blanca trails, sea swims, zone-2 volume; how the landscape itself becomes the training plan.

Mind & Stillness

iv.

Practice

Mind & Stillness

Stress as the silent accelerant of aging. Breathwork, contemplation and the mental layer of healthspan.

Sleep & Recovery

v.

Protocol

Sleep & Recovery

The forgotten pillar. Circadian rhythm, deep sleep and the case for protecting rest as the first protocol.

Preventive Medicine

vi.

Clinical

Preventive Medicine

Biomarkers, diagnostics and the most credible clinical interventions on the frontier of healthspan.

AI & Longevitech

vii.

Frontier

AI & Longevitech

From biological-age clocks to predictive diagnostics: how AI is rewriting the operating system of preventive medicine.

Wearables & Continuous Data

viii.

Frontier

Wearables & Continuous Data

CGMs, rings, patches and the closed-loop dashboard. The infrastructure of self-tracked healthspan.

Longevity in Children

ix.

Public health

Longevity in Children

A global crisis, not a national one. Food environments, GLP-1s and what families, clinicians and policy can do now.

Community & Belonging

x.

Lifestyle

Community & Belonging

The longest-living humans share long tables, not supplements. The social architecture of long life.

Marbella as a Longevity Ecosystem

xi.

Ecosystem

Marbella as a Longevity Ecosystem

Climate, clinics, hospitality and real estate converging on one coast: the opportunity to expand Marbella's hospitality and property economy into the world's prime longevity ecosystem.

Hormones, Energy & VO₂max

xii.

Clinical

Hormones, Energy & VO₂max

The biomarkers that actually move the needle, and the clinical pathways to optimise them across decades.

Investments in Longevity

xiii.

Capital

Investments in Longevity

A workshop for operators and investors: where capital is moving in healthspan, how clinics, wellness real estate and longevity tech are valued, and what a defensible business case looks like on this coast.

How the three days are built.

One arc: hear the evidence, work with it, then live it outdoors on the coast that produced it.

1

Conference + Exhibition

Main-stage sessions and the exhibition floor: the science, the clinics and the companies in one room.

2

Workshops + Exhibition

Small-group workshops, including the investment track, where the material becomes something you can apply.

3

Outdoor Activities

Sierra, sea and table: the protocol practised in the landscape it came from.

The Pool Marbella, a restored industrial hall with lounge seating under a vaulted glass roof

VIP networking and dinner at The Pool Marbella

Each evening the summit moves to The Pool, the private members club that has become Marbella's meeting point for founders, clinicians, investors and long-standing local families. Built inside a restored industrial hall in the centre of town, it is where much of the city's business is already done: over long tables, without a stage.

The VIP dinner is a small, seated evening hosted with Saboris, the kitchen at The Pool. Longevity-minded cooking, no keynote, and the conversations that tend to outlast the programme.

Sierra Blanca above the Marbella coastline

Marbella, a prime longevity ecosystem.

The conditions researchers document in the world's longest-lived regions are, on this coast, simply how the day is already organised.

Spain holds one of the highest life expectancies in the world, 83.6 years, third globally; and Andalucía's Costa del Sol sits among the regions with the highest life expectancy in Europe.

Mediterranean diet, walking culture, mild climate, sea, sierra and sun converge here every day. Marbella is not aspiring to become a longevity destination: it already operates as one of Europe's most complete longevity ecosystems.

What the ecosystem is already made of.

Clinics, kitchens, coastline and community: the parts of a longevity economy that Marbella already runs every day. Choose a category to see what is on the ground.

Climate

  • 320+ days of sun. 19°C average.
  • Sierra-protected microclimate. No off-season.

A Longer and Better Life in Marbella?

People have been moving to this coast for half a century for a "better life quality" on instinct. Research has since given that instinct a name now, and it's Longevity.

83.6

Life expectancy in Spain. Third highest in the world.

65-80%

Share of how well you age attributed to lifestyle, not genes.

~10

The average gap between lifespan and healthspan in Europe.

320+

Marbella's living protocol, running all year.

Lifespan counts the years. Healthspan counts the ones you spend in good health. Across Europe the two diverge by roughly a decade: a long final stretch lived with chronic disease, reduced mobility and dependence. Closing that gap, not adding years at the end, is the real objective.

Genetics decide far less of this than most people assume. Between 65 and 80 percent of how well you age is attributed to lifestyle and environment: what you eat, how you sleep, how much you move, how much sun you get, and who you spend your days with. Marbella already supplies those conditions as ordinary daily life, which is why the city does not need to become a longevity hub so much as recognise that it is one.

Marbella with Sierra Blanca limestone peaks and Mediterranean sea

Palacio de Congresos Adolfo Suárez

Marbella's principal congress venue, set between the sea and the Sierra Blanca limestone peaks. The summit's three days draw on the venue, the mountain, the coast, and the pine forest, the city itself is part of the curriculum.

The practical details, answered plainly.

5 to 7 May 2027 at the Palacio de Congresos Adolfo Suárez in Marbella, Andalucía, Spain.

Anyone serious about living longer, better: clinicians, founders, investors, hospitality and real estate leaders, athletes, and residents who simply want the science without the noise.

Globally recognised and respected experts across nutrition, sleep, movement, and cognitive health. Names are announced as each speaker is confirmed.

Day 1 conference and exhibition, day 2 workshops and exhibition, day 3 outdoor practice across Marbella: mountain, pine forest, sand, and sea.
