Our Mission
To make longevity lived, not lectured.
We bring together the clinicians, scientists, and practitioners shaping the next decade of healthspan, and we put them on the ground, in a city whose climate, food, and rhythm have quietly produced one of the longest-lived populations in Europe. The mission is not another conference. It is a working protocol you can carry home.
